If a guest cancels his appearance; all already sold photo session-tickets will be refunded. However, entry tickets will not be refunded or exchanged due to guest cancellation.
Of course, several people can take a picture together with the guest star. However, each person who wishes to participate in the photo requires a separate ticket for the photo session and, of course, also gets an own photo print. If you want to have the picture signed, you also need a ticket for the autograph session.
Exception: Children up to 6 years old are free to take the photo with their parents. However, each parent needs his own voucher.
We recognize that getting a photo with a guest can be important. Therefore, when you meet the guest to obtain your autograph, there is usually no further charge for taking a photo with them.
However, as the day progresses, it does sometimes become necessary to stop photos in order that the guests can get through demand and meet more people, otherwise there would be fans that would go home not having met them at all.
Please also bear in mind that whilst guests are often willing to pose for photos with fans, there may be many reasons why they decline. If this happens please do respect their wishes – there will be signs clearly on display to indicate when photography is not allowed.
The autograph tickets are sold directly to the stars at the tables. Each ticket is valid for one autograph. If you want to have multiple autographs, you need the corresponding number of autograph ticks. The guests bring their own photos. You can also have personal things like photos, books, DVDs, etc. signed. To buy an autograph ticket, you need an entrance ticket for the event.
Of course! The photo session and autograph tickets are ONLY valid for a photo or an autograph and do not include entrance to the exhibition grounds. You will either need a day ticket for the day, a weekend ticket or a VIP ticket.
Yes, you can get autographs and/or photos. For this you must buy the corresponding vouchers. Per autograph and / or photo you need a voucher!

By entering the event, every visitor agrees that he may be photographed and filmed.
